You craft and execute strategies that result in sustainable value creation that delivers measurable results.If this is YOU keep reading!As the Manager Electrical Engineering 2, you will be leading a diverse team of Electrical Test Engineers with responsibilities including (but not limited to) the following:Working closely with the Department Manager and fellow section heads to define and implement the department strategy staffing your team.Assisting section members incorporating the Space Systems vision and principles into their work scope.Building a culture that empowers and motivates individual performance and establishes functional shared accountability with the program areas.Setting employee performance goals and provide performance feedback.Supporting the annual salary review process.Mentoring and developing the next generation of technical and project leadership.Occasionally supporting proposal activities.Improving and enforcing System Integration Test and Evaluation Electrical Test processes.Northrop Grumman offers a competitive and robust benefits program. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
