Description:Develops, and administers security programs and
procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and
equipment.Studies and implements federal security regulations that
apply to company operations.Obtains rulings, interpretations, and
acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from
government agencies.Prepares manuals outlining regulations, and
establishes procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records,
and for granting personnel and visitors access to restricted
records and materials.Conducts security education classes and
security audits. Investigates security violations and prepares
reports specifying preventive action to be taken. .Basic
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree OR High School Diploma/GED with
additional 4 years of applicable work experience.Candidate must
have an be able to maintain an Active FINAL U.S. Government
security clearance at the DoD Secret level with a background
investigation date within the past 6 yearsExperience in file/data
management or Personnel SecurityStrong attention to detailExcellent
verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work in a rapid
and dynamic work environmentAbility to obtain and maintain Special
Access ProgramsPreferred Qualifications:Minimum 1 year of Security
experienceAbility to work independently with minimum
supervisionWorking knowledge of the NISPOM and DoD SAP
ManualsWorking knowledge of JPAS/DISS and Northrop Grumman Security
Business SystemsExperience working on SAP programsCDSE
certificationsSalary Range: $56,300.00 - $84,500.00Employees may be
eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual
bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as
allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice
President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term
Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of
