history.Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a Principal or
Senior Principal Industrial Security Analyst/CPSO in our Redondo
Beach, CA location.This position will support multiple programs
under our Space Park site as it relates to all applicable
classified federal, contractual, customer and company requirements.
The responsibilities include, but are not limited to the
following:Supporting fast-paced, high-profile programsCreate,
maintain and leverage working relationships with internal and
external customersDevelops, and administers security programs and
procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and
equipmentRoutinely support new business pursuits and classified
solicitation activities.Experience in program security, with
knowledge of implementing a multi-disciplined security program
(access control, personnel security, physical security, security
classification guides, OPSEC etc.)Interprets and implements federal
security regulations that apply to company operationsObtains
rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance
with regulations from government agenciesPrepares manuals outlining
regulations, and establishes procedures for handling, storing, and
keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitor's access to
restricted records and materialsConducts security education classes
and related briefingsInvestigates security violations and prepares
reports specifying preventive action to be takenWorking knowledge
of DoD 5205.07 SAP Manuals volumes 1-4, ICD 705, ICD 704, and/or
NISPOM applicable sponsor procedures.Basic QualificationsPrincipal
Industrial Security Analyst/CPSO (Level 3):6 years of experience
with 3 of those years of CPSO experience (and/or security related)
or directly related experience with Bachelor's degree; or 4 years'
experience with Masters degree; an additional 4 years of applicable
work experience may be substituted for Bachelor's Degree. Related
experience in lieu of a degree may be considered by the hiring
manager.Current Active Secret clearance with ability to
obtain/maintain Top Secret with an In-scope investigation (T3, T3R,
T5, T5R, SSBI, SBPR, PPR) completed within last 6 years or current
enrollment in Continuous Evaluation (CE) program.Ability to meet
enhanced security requirements and obtain/maintain SAP eligibility
and access.Working knowledge of the DODM 5205.07 V1-4 and ICD 705
Tech Spec.Experience utilizing DISS and/or SIMS.Senior Principal
Industrial Security Analyst/CPSO (Level 4):10 years of experience
with 5 of those years of CPSO experience (and/or security related)
or directly related experience with Bachelor's degree; or 8 years'
experience with Master's degree; an additional 4 years of
applicable work experience may be substituted for Bachelor's
Degree. Related experience in lieu of a degree may be considered by
the hiring manager.Current Active Secret clearance with ability to

experience.CDSE Industrial Security Training FSO for Possessing
Facilities, Intro to SAP, SAP Compliance, SAP Mid-Level,
etc.Experience with customer high side networks to include CV2,
CORE, CNET, JADE, ASCEND, SIC, etc.Excellent customer service and
communication skills.Ability to work independently and follow
projects through to completion.Ability to maintain flexibility to
deal with changing priorities and deadlines.Experience leading or
mentoring other personnel in a team environment.Strong working
knowledge of basic office automation tool suites such as MS Office
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint).OPSEC program experience.Self-starter
with minimal supervision.Excellent communication skills speaking,
writing skills and organized skills enabling effective
communications .Computer and desktop office software products
experience.Classification review experience.Salary Range: $86,300
USD $129,500 USDSalary Range 2: $107,000 USD $160,600 USDEmployees
may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as
