Specifically, this position will join the Cost Management Home Room Team and will report to the Manger of Program Control.In this role, the Business Process Analyst will analyze business and technical processes to formulate and develop new and modified business information processing systems, such as production and inventory control systems, financial tracking systems, marketing, and human resources systems. The incumbent will represent the business unit to define requirements and business cases for the technology developments and coordinate with business and technology teams, ascertaining system requirements, such as program functions, output requirements, input data acquisition, and system techniques and controls. This role requires knowledge of e-commerce tools, computer system capabilities, business processes, and workflow. A preferred candidate will have a thorough understanding and working knowledge of Business Systems, MPM and/or COBRA, SAP, and Earned Value and its implementation as it pertains to program business rhythms.This position requires the incumbent to possess a Department of Defense (DoD) active Top Secret (TS) security clearance and/or access to Special Compartmentalized Information (SCI). The stated clearance level must have been updated within the last 6 years.Responsibilities include:An understanding of Micro-Frame Project Manager (MPM) and/or COst BReAkdown (COBRA), Earned Value Management (EVM), as well as broad knowledge of industry systems and procedures, including a working knowledge of PowerBiUse of program business systems and coordinating monthly business processes to enable the delivery of successful products to the program and customerFacilitating improvements in processes, software and influence architecture requirements to improve efficienciesProcess/procedure/compliance, and Ad Hoc program activitiesThis position may be filled at a level 3 or level 4 as outlined below. You must meet the basic qualifications of either level to be considered.Principal Business Process Analyst Level 3Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience in Business Administration to include Program Cost Control and Planning or 3 years of stated experience and a Master's DegreeActive Top Secret (TS) and/or Special Compartmentalized Information (SCI) AccessExperience working in Micro-Frame Program Manager (MPM) and/or COst BReAkdown (COBRA), MS Office ToolsSenior Business Process Analyst Level 4Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree with 9 years of experience in Business Administration to include Program Cost Control and Planning or 7 year of stated experience with a Master's DegreeActive Top Secret (TS) and/or Special Compartmentalized Information (SCI) AccessExperience working in Micro-Frame Program Manager (MPM) and/or COst BReAkdown (COBRA), MS Office ToolsPreferred Qualifications:Master's DegreeActive Top Secret (TS) and/or Special Compartmentalized Information (SCI) AccessWorking knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVMS)Experience working in Power BICurrent or previous experience working with restricted customersSalary Range: $92,200 USD $138,400 USDSalary Range 2: $114,300 USD $171,500 USDEmployees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
