Northrop Grumman has an opening for either a Level 1 or Level 2 Proposal Analyst to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals! This position will be located on site in Redondo Beach, California with partial telework available.

Essential Functions:
Develops, plans and schedules proposals
Compiles cost, schedule, and technical elements in the development of proposals in accordance with request for proposal (RFP) specifications
Coordinates the collection and accumulation of cost, scheduling, and performance elements from functional departments
Researches and analyzes historical data, develops cost models to support proposal efforts
Coordinates activities and participates in fact-finding meetings
Participates in should-cost and pricing reviews with management and customer representatives
Participates as a member of the contract negotiating team

This requisition may be filled as either a Associate Proposal Analyst or a Proposal Analyst.

Basic Qualifications for an Associate Proposal Analyst:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
Business degree or business experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
Able to obtain/maintain a Security Clearance

Basic Qualifications for a Proposal Analyst:
Bachelor's Degree with 3 years of Business Management/Finance experience OR a Master's Degree with 1 year of related experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
Able to obtain/maintain a Security Clearance

Preferred qualifications:
Aerospace/Defense industry experience
Experience with FAR and DFARs
Supply Chain experience
Knowledge of SAP/ERP

Salary Range: $56,300 USD - $84,500 USD
Salary Range 2: $68,100 USD - $102,100 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
