This position will be located in Redondo Beach, CA.The Program Planning Scheduling Analyst 2 will report to the Business Management Scheduling Manager and will perform detailed schedule, resource, work, and cost analysis for multiple programs and contracts. In this role, the incumbent will make recommendations to solve problems, create presentation content and present to various levels of leadership and will interface with multiple functional teams, supplier teams, as well as the Program/Project Manager.We are particularly interested in considering individuals with Military Leadership experience although not a requirement to apply. This position does require a Department of Defense (DoD) active Top Secret (TS) security clearance with the ability to obtain Special Compartmentalized Information (SCI) access.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Prepares, develops, and coordinates the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to meet all program objectives.
  • Ensures program schedules are horizontally and vertically integratedImplements scheduling best practices as prescribed by industry to include, but not limited to:
    • DCMA 14-point
    • IPMR DI-MGMT-81861
    • Earned Value Management System (EVMS)
    • Critical Path Analysis
    • Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA)
    • Schedule Performance and Health Metrics and Analysis
    • Provides weekly status and reporting
    • Conducts Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBR) and Joint Surveillance Reviews (JSR) auditsThis position maybe filled at either a level 1 (Associate) role or level 2 (no title) Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst.Level 1 Basic Qualifications are:Basic Qualifications:
      • An active DoD TS Clearance and/or SCI Access is required
      • Bachelor's Degree OR 4 years of experience in any combination of operations, planning, scheduling, business, or finance
      • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; Excel, Word, PowerPointPreferred Qualifications:
        • Proficiency of the following systems or software: Micro-Frame Program Manager (MPM) or similar project management software, wInsight, SAP Management Project Systems Module and Business Warehouse (BW) Military Leadership experienceLevel 2 Basic Qualifications are:Basic Qualifications:
          • An active DoD TS Clearance and/or SCI Access is required
          • Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of work experience in any combination of Business, Finance, Operations, Planning, Scheduling, OR; a Master's Degree with 1 year of stated experience OR; 6 years of stated experience in lieu of degree
          • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; Excel, Word, PowerPointPreferred Qualifications:
