possible.SSSD has an opening for a PrincipalSupplier Quality
Analyst to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This
position will be located in Redondo Beach CA .As a Supplier Quality
Analyst, you will plan, organize, and report on all supplier
quality-related activities to assure fulfillment of
contract/purchase order requirements. You will translate
engineering, manufacturing, and quality requirements and assure
that customer quality-imposed technical requirements are adhered to
by suppliers and that a quality system is maintained. You will
conduct programs designed to improve supplier performance,
productivity, and process validation. The Supplier Quality Analyst
reviews and analyzes corrective action reports and purchase orders
in an effort to reduce and eliminate defects. You will monitor
quality control activities and systems at supplier and
subcontractor facilities and maintain feedback loops. Essential
Functions include, but are not limited to:
- Prepares, maintains and reviews procurement quality assurance
procedures to assure compliance with customer and/or government
requirements
- Administer a certified supplier program or related programs in
receiving inspection
- Ensure engineering and customer requirements are properly
imposed on supplier and subcontractor facilities As a full-time

- Employee Discounts This position's standard work schedule is a
9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day
Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. Basic
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree with six(6) years of experience in Quality,
Contracts, Database Management or other relevant discipline related
to the job functions and responsibilities
- OR a Masters degree with four (4) years of experience in
Quality, Contracts, Database Management, or other relevant
discipline
- OR ten (10) years of experience in a directly related
field/industry in lieu of degree
- Three (3) years of experience dealing with aerospace quality
requirements to include AS9100
- Experience utilizing SAP or other ERP system
- Familiar with quality data types to included non-conformity
reports, corrective actions, audit reports, key
performanceindicators (KPI)
- Experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications to document
and relay information to various stakeholders
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DOD Government Security
Clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with MES data systems
- Familiarity with Tableau, Alteryx, or Visual Basic for managing
and analyzing large data sets.
- Active DOD Government Security Clearance Salary Range: $95,000
USD - $142,400 USD Employees may be eligible for a discretionary
bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to
reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share
in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director
positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition,
