The selected candidate will support the Space Systems Sector as either an Alternate Contractor Special Security Officer (ACSSO) or Alternate Contractor Program Security Officer (ACPSO).

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide support to the CSSO and CPSO with the day-to-day security operation of the facility to ensure compliance with the DoD Manual 5205.07 Volumes 1-4, 5220.22-M NISPOM, Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs), and/or related Industrial Security Guidance Manuals & Program Security Directives

Execute security requirements consistent with program DD Form 254 and Security Classification Guidance (SCG)

Maintain classified accountability and conduct annual Top Secret inventory of printed documents, media and classified equipment

Administer security indoctrinations, refresher briefings, and debriefings

Responsible for accurate data input into an access control databases

Conducts and tracks completion of initial and annual security education training and foreign travel

Assists with completion of annual self-inspection checklist and any corrective action plans

Assists with COMSEC and COMSEC accountability

Basic Qualifications:

Candidate must be a US Citizen, have an U.S. Government Top Secret Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) current within 6 years, and be able to meet the special access eligibility requirements of DoDM 5205.07 Volume 2.

2 years of Security or Operations experience with a Bachelors degree. An additional 4 years of applicable work experience can be used in lieu of a bachelor degree.

Experience with JADE, DISS, SIMS, SCATTERED CASTLES or similar data bases

Preferred Qualifications:

Current counterintelligence scoped polygraph

Experience as a Data Transfer Agent for control of media (training is provided)

Working knowledge of Special Access Programs to provide procedural and policy guidance

Served in the role as either an ACPSO; ACSSO; Program Security Representative (PSR)

Additional consideration for CDSE SAP Orientation course or CDSE SAP Mid-Level course

Additional consideration for Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC)

Salary Range: $68,100 USD - $102,100 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
