    Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems (NGAS) is seeking a qualified Sr Program Cost Schedule Control Analyst (Level 4) to join the Research and Advanced Design (R&AD) team responsible for program financial execution. This position will be located in Redondo Beach, CA and offers the flexibility of a hybrid work schedule. R&AD is a fast paced, dynamic, and complex environment that requires a candidate to possess self-initiative, strong analytical skills, and solid leadership characteristics. Candidate will have the following, but not limited to, responsibilities: Essential Functions:
    • Analyzing large allocations for the program
    • Interfacing with program finance and program office for monthly financial forecasts, issues, concerns, and status under minimal supervision
    • Cross-functional coordination with multiple organizations
    • Possess the ability to prepare and provide weekly/monthly analytical reports and tools to support variance/trend analysis, and change control management
    • Planning: ability to plan and navigate in COBRA, Budget/Forecast analysis
    • SAP reporting
    • Applying EVM and performance measurement baseline concepts to multiple contracts
    • Fostering an environment of integrity, establishing relationships, and maintaining communication with stakeholders at multiple levels

      • Master's degree with 8 years' experience or Bachelor's Degree with 10 years' proven experience in business, finance, accounting, program control and/or similar industry related fields
      • Experience successfully supporting a monthly financial forecasting rhythm - i.e. Awards, Sales, Margin, Cash
      • Experience with COBRA or MPM
      • Experience with SAP or Oracle
      • Experience with MS Office Skills including Excel (Pivot tables and VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint
      • Ability to obtain and maintain a DOD Secret clearance Preferred Qualifications:
        • Ability to integrate cost and schedules utilizing Deltek Cobra or similar EVM tools such as MPM, IFAS (Integrated Financial Analytics System), and MS Project
        • Experience with SAP-BW (OLAP) Queries
        • Experience with AOP/LRSP development
        • Earned Value Management Program Experience
        • Ability to Create and Edit Excel Macros and Slicer tools
        • Candidate must gain and have an understanding of, and adherence to, company policies, procedures and internal controls
        • DOD Secret or Top Secret clearance Salary Range: $103,900 USD - $155,900 USD Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
