SSSD has an opening for a Lead Principal Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst for the Systems Engineering Integrated Product Team (IPT). This position is onsite for the Redondo Beach, CA location within the ARIS Business Unit.The successful candidate must be able to work independently on multiple concurrent programs and proposals and will prepare, develop, and coordinate the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to meet all program objectives and ensures program schedules are horizontally and vertically integrated. This Lead role will include mentoring and directing peers with responsibility for customer Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) deliveries, presenting to Program Office Leadership and acting as the primary point of contact for the Systems Engineering & Integration (SE&I) Schedule Management team.This role is client facing and specifically tailored for those interested in being positioned for future leadership opportunities on the Program Planning and Scheduling team under the Business Management umbrella. The management team will be mentoring this incumbent closely with a focus on Northop Grumman's leadership values and behaviors. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to interface with all levels of the organization to include peers, management, and executive leadership are an essential part of this role. This position requires the incumbent to possess a Department of Defense (DoD) active Top Secret (TS) security clearance or access to Special Compartmentalized Information (SCI). Basic Qualifications:
    • 5 years of experience in any combination of the following: Program Planning & Scheduling, Finance, Pricing, Program Management or Engineering; OR 3 years of stated experience with a Master's Degree; OR 9 years of stated experience in lieu of degree
    • Microsoft Office proficiency
    • Active DoD TS clearance and/or SCI access Preferred Qualifications:
      • Leadership experience
      • Presentation Skills
      • Employee training/mentoring
      • Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain, and/or STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) discipline
      • Experience with Microsoft Project Server 2010/2013
