    This requisition may be filled at a higher grade based on qualifications listed below.Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is seeking a Level 2 or Level 3 Regulatory Compliance Analyst to join our qualified and diverse Government Relations & Compliance team. This position is located on site in Redondo Beach, CA with partial telework available.Essential Functions:
    • Supports Incurred cost audits
    • Responds to charging practice and policy inquiries
    • Interprets federal and state and/or international regulations as they apply to products, financial processes, and other processes, practices and procedures
    • Interprets policies and procedures to ensure that these are in compliance with the appropriate statutes and regulations and that regulatory reporting requirements are met
    • Investigates and resolves compliance problems, questions, or complaints received from other units of the company, customers, government regulatory agencies, etc.
    • May audit and evaluate current policies, procedures, and documentation for compliance with government laws and regulationsThis requisition may be filled as either a Level 2 Regulatory Compliance Analyst or a Level 3 Principal Regulatory Compliance Analyst.Basic Qualifications for a Level 2:
      • Bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience or a Master's degree with 1 year experience in compliance, accounting, finance, and/or cost, labor accounting, and/or related experience
      • SAP or similar ERP experience
      • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint, Excel (with Pivot tables and VLOOKUP)Basic Qualifications for a Level 3:
        • Bachelor's degree with 6 years of experience or a Master's degree with 4 years' experience in compliance, accounting, finance, and/or cost, labor accounting, and/or related experience
        • Knowledge of Cost Accounting Standards and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)
        • SAP experience
        • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint, Excel (with Pivot tables and VLOOKUP)Preferred Qualifications:
          • SAP-ERP1experience
          • DCAA audit experience
          • Aerospace/Defense Industry experience
          • Internal Cost Scrub experience
          • Knowledge of Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)

Salary Range: $68,100 USD - $102,100 USD Salary Range 2: $83,800 USD - $125,800 USD Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
