Systems has an opening for a Government Relations and Compliance
Manager 3 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals within
our sector. This leadership role is located in Redondo Beach, CA or

international regulations as they apply to products, financial
processes, and other processes, practices and procedures.
Implements policies and procedures to ensure that these are in
compliance with the appropriate statutes and regulations and that
regulatory reporting requirements are met. Investigates and
resolves compliance problems, questions, or complaints received
from other units of the company, customers, government regulatory
agencies, etc. May develop and implement programs designed to
increase employee awareness and knowledge of compliance policies.
May audit and evaluate current policies, procedures, and
documentation for compliance with government laws and
regulations.Qualifications - ExternalBasic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business related discipline with 9 years
of experience working at a U.S. Government Contractor, or
equivalent, or a Master's degree in business related discipline
with 7 years of stated experience
- Understanding of U.S. Government regulations, including Cost
Accounting Standards, FAR and Agency FAR supplements
- Ability to interpret and apply -company policies & procedures
that -address compliance/charging guidance regarding labor,
material, travel and other direct cost (ODC) expenses
- Strong Microsoft aptitude (Excel and Powerpoint)Preferred
Qualifications:
- CPA
- Well-developed oral and written communication skills to
successfully work across functions and programs at various levels
and disciplines
- Experience interfacing with DCMA and DCAA
- Experience with SAP CO/PS and BW
- Ability to obtain and maintain DoD ClearanceWe offer flexible

program. Salary Range: $132,300 - $218,300 Employees may be
eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual
