Come be a part of our mission.We have an opening for either a Principal DevOps Engineer or a Senior Principal DevOps Engineer to join our talented, diverse team in Redondo Beach, CA.We are looking for experienced DevOps Engineers to augment our Infrastructure team. Successful candidates will be experienced with creating and maintaining DevSecOps pipelines, have AWS cloud experience, and have some Docker and Kubernetes experience.The DevOps engineer plans and evolves processes and infrastructure to execute programs which support rapid maturation and deployment of capability while sustaining a stable security posture and incorporating ongoing stakeholder feedback. Integrates development pipelines leveraging automation with test-driven development tools and continuous integration/test frameworks. Implements provisioning and deployment techniques via packaging, componentizing, or Cloud distribution. Functions with agile principles to execute efficiently in an environment of continuous feedback. Ensures implementation of Software Configuration Management (SCM), code quality, and code coverage with automated testing for Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.Basic Qualifications for Principal DevOps Engineer:Bachelor's degree with 5 years of related experience; Master's degree with 3 years of related experience; PhD; an additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of degreeActive TS/SCI, and the ability to obtain a Counterintelligence Polygraph (CI-Poly)AWS ExperienceFamiliarity with developing and deploying CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins or similarFamiliarity with working in a Red Hat Linux environmentBasic Qualifications for Senior Principal DevOps Engineer:Bachelor's degree with 9 years of related experience; Master's degree with 7 years of related experience; PhD with 4 years of related experience; an additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of degreeActive TS/SCI, and the ability to obtain a Counterintelligence Polygraph (CI-Poly)AWS ExperienceFamiliarity with developing and deploying CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins or similarFamiliarity with working in a Red Hat Linux environmentPreferred Qualifications:Current Counterintelligence Polygraph (CI-Poly) completed within the last 5 yearsExperience with TerraformExperience with Docker and/or KubernetesCurrent Security+ certificationSalary Range: $104,600 USD - $157,000 USDSalary Range 2: $129,700 USD - $194,500 USDEmployees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
