Job Description We are representing a well-established agent with one of the top Insurance companies in the industry that is looking to hire a couple of Customer Service Representatives ASAP! RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Communicates with internal and external customers about intermediate underwriting guidelines, policies, and marketing initiatives to service customer accounts
• Develop marketing strategies and promote all types of new insurance contracts or suggest additions/changes to existing ones
• Listen and understand customer issues, while offering meaningful solutions. Proactively offer valuable products and services
• Analyze, clarify, and resolve intermediate policy and account-related questions from internal and external customer
• Reviews problems and communicates with appropriate personnel to obtain information when necessary
• Performs other duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS:
  • English/Spanish is preferred
  • High School Graduate or GED
  • 3+ years of relevant experience is required
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
  • If you have your P&C license that is great, however, not required DETAILS:

    • Monday - Friday from 8:30 am- 5:00 pm
    • Pay Range = $18-$21/hr. by Jobble
