Operations Research Analyst to fill our critical and specialized
Schedule Risk Assessment (SRA) Lead Role. This position will be
located at our Space Systems Sector in Redondo Beach, CA and will
report directly to the ARIS Business Unit Schedule Manager.Working
in a classified environment this Lead will be the Subject Matter
Expert (SME) for Schedule Risk across multiple programs. This role
will report directly to the Program Management Office and will have
direct customer and program leadership interactions/visibility. The
SME will train Schedule Analysts on SRA and inform program
management of schedule risk implications. The candidate will
provide technical leadership for IMS and risk management, working
closely with the Program Integration Team as the representative for
Schedule Management risk.Responsibilities include but are not
limited to:Conduct and analyze SRA's for multiple programs,
monthlyGenerate/Present Program Management Office Briefings and
Customer Briefings on SRAConduct Schedule (IMS) what-if
scenariosStandardize SRA process across Business UnitSchedule
Health SMEConduct/Lead SRA Training sessionsDocument SRA best
practicesManage RMOF risk and schedule integrationThis position
requires the incumbent to possess a Department of Defense (DoD)
active Top Secret (TS) security clearance or access to Special
Compartmentalized Information (SCI).Basic Qualifications:BA/BS
degree with a minimum of 8 years work experience to include any
combination of Business Management, Systems Development or
Administration or 6 years of stated experience with a Master's
DegreeAn active DoD TS and/or SCI Security ClearancePreferred
Qualifications:Ability to interact with multiple layers of
leadership and cross functional teamsSuper User SRA software OPRA
and Deltek AcumenExperience with Risk Management frame
