digital transformation, information assurance, common tools and
analytics for a major restricted program located in Space Park,
Redondo Beach, California.As the SE& I tools and analytics lead,
you will be leading a team that is developing enabling technology
and analytics that streamline insight from data for the SE& I and
program office. Weare seeking candidates familiar with Systems
Engineering processes and work products and program management
operations who are adept with Agile product management, software
development, DevOps, data manipulation and data analysis with a
drive to publish product that matters, used by thousands.The ideal
candidate will be a self-motivated individual responsible for
teaming with IT and functional to establish hardware, software,
license and cyber security needs within shared timelines to drive
strategic and operational initiatives supporting tools such as
Tableau, Alteryx, ClearQuest, SharePoint and countless custom
builds across the program portfolio. The Tools lead will find the
best tools across campus to bring into the portfolio and coordinate
tool release with the program and/or sector. The candidate must
have a bias towards action with a passion for discovering solutions
hidden in large data sets. Must be highly detail oriented, a
skilled communicator, with excellent presentation abilities, able
to independently assess complex problems and decompose into a plan
of action while coordinating across a large and diverse team of
technical and non-technical SMEs inclusive of SE& I leadership and
APMs.The SE& I Tools team turns pain points into automation and
questions into insight: join us and together we will shape the

description and duties:1) Digital Transformation Leada. Using
Design Thinking principles, create strategic road maps for the
organization of data to enable efficiencies across the programb.
Agile Scrum Master and supporting member for program IT
coordination effortsc. Engage with SSSD Digital Transformation and
other NCTA efforts across the enterprise to shape strategy and
derive efficiencies, commonality and re-use wherever possibled.
Coordinate with IT and functional to obtain HW/SW/License needs
aligned with digital transformation strategy2) Assignment Manager:
Tools and Analyticsa. Responsible for leadership and allocation of
tasking across a team of data professionals and contributing SMEsb.
Responsible for the release and maintenance of new and existing
common toolsc. Agile Architect and Product owner of a suite of >
20 custom and 3rd party toolsd. Translate user needs into
requirementse. Organize user testing to ensure product is intuitive
and engagingf. Drive tool adoption through demos,, training, or
developing solutions that empower users via training embedded
contributors or using no-code or low-code solutions3) Information
Assurance Leada. Drive cyber security / digital risk management
across program, NG enterprise and customer ensuring alignment
between requirements, compliance, and program costs and schedulesb.
Collaborate across other SSSD programs' IA/Cyber needs1. Provide
IA/Cyber insight to program growth efforts and portfolio supply
chainBasic Qualifications Active TS or SCI security clearance
Experience with at least one BI tool: Tableau (preferred), Power
BI, Qlik, DOMO, Google Studio, etc. Familiarity with SQL, table
design, data aggregation, data validation, etc. Experience using
one or more scripting language: Python, Java, R, JavaScript, etc.
Experience leading Agile team(s) Proven track record of providing
compelling insights that drive actionable results Strong ability to
collaborate across internal teams and multiple stake holders Strong
communication skills: writing and data visualizationPreferred
Qualifications Active SCI security clearance Masters in CS, Data
Science, Data Analytics, Information Science or similarly aligned
field Certifications in one or more of the following: Agile, Scrum,
Tableau, UI/UX Experience managing code base(s) with multiple
contributors Prior experience leading or in leadership role within
a software or analytics teamSalary Range: $125,800 USD $188,600
USDEmployees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition
to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual
contributions as well as allow employees to share in company
results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be
eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman
