  We have an opening for either a Principal Systems Engineer or a Senior Principal Systems Engineer to join our talented, diverse team in Redondo Beach, CA.
  
  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems
  • Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal
  • Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints
  • Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications This requisition may be filled at either a Principal Systems Engineer level or a Senior Principal Systems Engineer level
    
    Basic Qualifications for Principal Systems Engineer:
    • Bachelor's degree in STEM with 5 years of related experience, or a Master's degree in STEM with 3 years of related experience
    • Active DoD Secret or Top Secret ClearanceBasic Qualifications for Senior Principal Software Engineer:
      • Bachelor's degree in STEM with 9 years of related experience, or a Master's degree in STEM with 7 years of related experience
      • Active DoD Secret or Top Secret Clearance Preferred Qualifications:
        • Experience with Agile development as a product owner
        • Experience using the DOORS Requirements Management Database
        • Familiarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering languages (SysML/UML) and concepts Salary Range: $101,400 USD - $152,200 USD
          Salary Range 2: $125,800 USD - $188,600 USD
          
          Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
