    Job DescriptionThe Payload and Ground Systems organization within the Northrop Grumman Space Systems pushes the boundaries of innovation, redefines engineering capabilities, and drives advances in various sciences. Our team is chartered with providing the skills, innovative technologies to develop, design, produce and sustain optimized product lines across the sector while providing a decisive advantage to the warfighter. Come be a part of our mission! We have an opening for a Senior Principal System Integration Test Lead to join our qualified, diverse team in Redondo Beach, CA. The Senior Principal System Integration and Test Lead will provide an integration and test strategy to successfully sell-off and verify the resilient ESS system at System AI&T. The approach shall include necessary test assets and resources required to achieve success. The Lead will assist in User Agreement, Capability Needs Statement and Roadmap, Test Strategy, Cost Analysis, Information Support Plan, Cybersecurity Strategy, and Product Support Strategy development. Plan integration and perform system decomposition at the system to segment level. Identify and burn-down risk in the integration of ground and system Interfaces. This lead will lead as product owner and provide technical direction, leadership, planning, and scheduling for the System integration and test team. They will implement a continuous agile integration process utilizing the high fidelity simulation integration testing. The GS SE I&T manager will implement a DevOps process between the SW/HW development and I&T teams. Basic Qualifications:
    • 9 Years with BS STEM Degree; 7 Years with Masters; 4 Years with PhD
    • Experience leading Integration and Test campaigns
    • Active DoD Secret security clearance
    • Ability to travel 10%Preferred Qualifications:
      • Experience with MilSatCom, and Ground C2 systems.
      • Experience with continuous integration and deployment (DevOps)
      • Experience with cross-functional teams and working in an Agile environment
      • Active DoD Top Secret security clearance Salary Range: $125,800 USD - $188,600 USD Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
