Job Description Job Description Associate Attorney Associate Attorney Position Overview We are a dynamic and growing plaintiff-side California-based law firm dedicated to providing strategic counsel and litigation services in labor and employment law and personal injury. We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Associate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will focus on PAGA cases, providing legal support and representation to our clients. The Associate Attorney will work closely with senior attorneys and contribute to various aspects of labor and employment law. Key Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of legal documents and case files related to PAGA cases. Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies. Participate in depositions and hearings as needed. Collaborate with senior attorneys on litigation strategies and case management. Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and legal advice. Stay current on laws and regulations related to labor and employment matters. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Active license to practice law in the state. Experience in PAGA cases is required. Familiarity with labor and employment law is a plus. Knowledge of wage and hour regulations is advantageous. Strong research, writing, and analytical skills. - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
