Job Description:
A company is looking for a Legal Contract
Associate/Paralegal.
Key Responsibilities
Support the legal contracts team in drafting and formatting
contracts and agreements
Review, negotiate, and manage the execution of contracts and change
orders
Collaborate with various departments to finalize contracts and
track document status
Required Qualifications
Completion of an accredited paralegal program or equivalent
experience; Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum of three years of recent paralegal experience with
confidentiality/nondisclosure agreements
At least one year of direct experience with CRO or pharmaceutical
data
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word,
PowerPoint, and Excel
Working knowledge of general legal and contracting principles
