Develop and implement nursing care plans tailored to individual patient needs. Ensure compliance with healthcare laws, regulations, and AccentCare policies. Perform regular evaluations of patient care services and staff performance. Collaborate with healthcare providers to improve patient outcomes. Provide training and support to nursing staff for professional development. Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficient in patient care management software Adept at problem-solving and decision-making Knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current RN license valid in the state of practice CPR certified Preferred: Certified Home Health Nurse (CHHN)
