Job Description:
Job Description If you're interested in making a significant
impact as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in a Skilled Nursing
Facility (SNF) setting, this California position might be what you
are looking for! Responsibilities: Assist in implementing
personalized treatment plans developed by physical therapists
Provide therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve patient
function and mobility Monitor patient progress and report changes
to the supervising physical therapist Educate patients and families
on exercise techniques and safety measures Maintain accurate
documentation of patient sessions and progress Collaborate with
healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care Support discharge
planning and facilitate continuity of care as needed
Qualifications: Completion of an accredited PTA program Completion
of National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE) CA PTA
licensure/certification First Aid Certifications (BLS) are strongly
recommended Ability to work effectively in a Skilled Nursing
Facility (SNF) setting Strong communication, time management, and
clinical decision-making skills Preferred Skills and Qualifications
One or more years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
setting Familiarity with electronic documentation systems
Demonstrated commitment to professional growth and patient-centered
care Job details: Pay: $1,767.02 - $1,821.67 / week Location: Santa
