A company is looking for a SVP, Business Risk Group.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance and risk management for
new products and partnerships
Interpret laws and regulations to design compliant and competitive
programs
Lead third-party risk management initiatives and develop
compliance/risk oversight for offerings
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related
field; Master's degree preferred
Minimum of 12 years of related experience, with 10 years in risk
management or financial product design
In-depth knowledge of credit program design and regulatory
requirements
Expertise in interpreting regulations in a market-driven
context
Strong analytical skills to assess the impact of regulatory changes
on products
