We're looking for a manager who takes pride in their work and loves the hospitality business.

Responsibilities:
--- Lead and direct the work of the service team assigning responsibilities and setting expectations
--- Oversee all operations to ensure a great Guest experience
--- Role model and hold Team Members accountable to operational and quality standards
--- Foster open communication between Team Members
--- Influence Team Member behaviors by championing change and restaurant initiatives
--- Hire, train, retain, and develop Team Members to take on larger roles
--- Drive Guest engagement within the four walls of the restaurant while developing relationships within the community
--- Understand and practice safe food handling procedures

Qualifications:
--- Must have 2 -4 years of restaurant managing experience
--- Opentable experience
--- Toast POS experience a plus
