Description and QualificationsJob Description:We are seeking a
Manager 2 to join us in the pursuit of top-tier financial
performance. The position will be based in Redondo Beach, CA and
will report to the Sector Director of Financial Planning &
Analysis. Typical responsibilities include the following:--- Manage
a small team of analysts and coordinate all aspects of the sector's
capital asset investments.--- Execute Monthly/Quarterly Reporting
and Planning processes for capital investments.
--- Lead development of capital investment plans and budgets to
support the sector's Long Range Strategic Plans and Annual
Operating Plans.
--- Manage capital investment forecast updates and provide
performance updates.
--- Execute and support Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance and
documentation.
--- Work with the finance and business management teams to develop
strategies to improve financial performance.
--- Internal and external audit support
--- Support the development of presentations for, and brief to
senior leadership
--- Interface with geographically disbursed business, program, and
sector personnel.
--- Support initiatives and ad hoc requests from Division, Sector,
and Corporate leadership.Job Qualifications:Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics,
Finance, Accounting, Audit, or related discipline with a minimum of
8 years applicable experience, or Master's degree and 6 years
applicable experience.
- Able to prepare and analyze data and figures
- Ability to comprehend and analyze complex problems and develop
solutions
- Experience conducting oral presentations to executive
leadership
- Experience with SAP ERP system
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and
PowerPoint)
- Ability to obtain a DOD Secret Security Clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Full working knowledge of Capital Asset planning and budgeting
processes and/or Financial Planning and Reporting including
supporting monthly actuals and forecasts, Annual Operating Plans,
and Long-Range Strategic Plans
- Master's degree in Business Admin, Accounting, or related
discipline

401K matching program. Salary Range: $118,600 USD - $178,000 USD
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to
base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual
contributions as well as allow employees to share in company
results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be
eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman
provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage,
