possible.SSSD has an opening for a Staff Program Integration
Systems Analyst to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals.
This position will be located in Redondo Beach, CA.This role will
support the ARIS Ground Director with logistics and oversight to
enable program leadership to achieve operational excellence.Duties
include coordinating efforts across the Ground Element relating to:
Staffing Facilities Engagement Activities Onboarding Data Calls
from ARIS BU Tech Ops Open/Closed area communication Sharepoint,
Confluence Metrics Affordability Digital TransformationBasic
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in
a Business, Technical or related degree and with 15+ years of
related professional experience in an operational role OR Master's
degree from an accredited university in a Business, Technical or
related degree with 13+ years of related operational professional
experience. Dynamic self-starter with strong attention to detail
and the ability to function independently. Demonstrated flexible
approach to work and the ability to work collaboratively on a team.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills. Excellent written and
verbal communication skills. Experience with Windows-based MS
Office tools, to include MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
Candidate must have, and be able to maintain, an active SCI
clearancePreferred Qualifications: MS degree in a Business,
Technical or related degree. Prior experience as a resource

work.Salary Range: $132,700 USD $199,100 USDEmployees may be
eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual
bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as
allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice
President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term
Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of
