Aeronautics Systems sector is seeking a Manager Programs 3 to lead
our team of qualified, diverse individuals supporting the F-35
Program Development, Production, and Sustainment business areas at
our Redondo Beach, CA facility.The manager will oversee the
day-to-day activities for the Air Systems Integration Organization.
This position implements and ensures vertical and horizontal
integration for the technical Systems Engineering processes
throughout the IPTs which requires regular coordination between
Business Management, Production, Global Supply Chain, Logistics,
International, and Program Office. Responsible for managing the
Configuration and Change processes as well as management and
verification of Configuration, Contract Data, and Change Package
Development. Manages Change Process daily which includes the Minor
(Class 2) Change Triage Board, Internal and External Technical
Coordination Meetings, Major Change Integration Board, and Business
Integration Review. Ensures establishment and changes to IPT
baselines, including the product, technical, performance, and
enterprise baselines are managed and controlled. Manages Product
Configuration including verification. Manages Contract Data,
including Variances, CDRLs, SDRLs, and Exceptions. Deploys Project
Engineers to ensure effective change management, change package
development, coordination through the change board structure, and
change execution management through change lifecycle. The Project
Engineering, Requirements Integration, and Configuration / Data
Management team members report to this position.Basic
Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree and 10 years, or Master's and 8
years' experience supporting U.S. Government contracts and
customers and/or project management in other industries10 years of
experience leading the performance of tasks on schedule, at cost
and achieving all requirements as either project lead, integrated
program team or cost account manager10 years of demonstrated
success leading teams/and or organizations to achieve a common
goalPreferred Qualifications:Program Management, Project
Engineering, Configuration Management, Planning and Systems
Engineering experienceSalary Range level: $171,000 $256,400Salary
Range: $171,000 USD $256,400 USDEmployees may be eligible for a
discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are
designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow
employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President
or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In
