The Ruby Deputy IPT Lead for system level systems engineering, integration, and test (SEIT) team will be responsible for assisting the SEIT IPT Director in planning, managing, and guiding systems engineering scope of execution that includes threads-based requirements generation and flow; architecture and CONOPS; and verification, validation, and test. This is done in a fast-paced program in an MBSE environment. Expected interaction with senior leadership within both NG as well as with the customer and external stakeholders. Program execution will be concurrent with proposal and estimation activity, with opportunities to be involved with those activities as well.Experience with leading system level systems engineering teams and leading system level reviews is highly desired.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor of Science degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math) discipline with 9+ years of engineering experience (7+ with a MS, 4+ with a PhD)Understanding of systems engineering principles and processesExperience as a cost account manager (CAM) utilizing the earned value management system (EVMS)Active DoD Top Secret/SSBI and/or SCIPreferred Qualifications:Effectively communicate and present to directors, other technical managers and customersProven team leadership experience15+ years of experience with Systems EngineeringSalary Range: $176,100 USD $264,100 USDEmployees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
