Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems has an immediate opportunity
for an Associate Project Management position on the F-35 Program
based onsite Redondo Beach, CA.The selected candidate will work on
a team to oversee and manage facilities and resource requirements
for the Program. The candidate will serve as a liaison between the
F-35 Program and the Space Park Site Facilities Team and between
the F-35 Program Office and the Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and
Functional Teams on the F-35 Program. The candidate will work on a
team to plan, coordinate, and execute large-scale moves of
employees on the Program as well as manage the day-to-day
facilities operations and assist in maintaining the Resource
Management Tool (RMT). The candidate will also have the opportunity
to work on projects in support of the Program Integration Team as
needed by the Program.Essential Functions:
- Provide project management and support on F-35 Space Park
facilities projects and processes to include planning,
coordinating, and executing large-scale moves of employees on the
Program as well as managing the day-to-day facilities
operations.
- Provide administration and support of the resource management
processes on the F-35 Program to include maintaining the data in
the F-35 Resource Management Tool (RMT) and bringing forth
suggestions to improve the processes and the tool.
- Acting as a liaison between the F-35 Program and the Space Park
Site Facilities Team and between the F-35 Program Office and the
Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and Functional Teams on the F-35
Program.
- Support the F-35 Program Operations Team On-boarding processes
and administration.
- Support the Program Integration Team as tasked on
projects.Successful candidates will have the following key
attributes:
- Proactive - anticipates requirements on assigned projects and
initiates and completes actions required to meet those
requirements.
- Composed - maintains a "level head" in the extremely dynamic,
fast-paced, and demanding environment on the F-35 Program,
especially when working on projects with highly compressed
timelines and tight deadlines.
- Ability to work with high volumes of data and extract necessary
information to update stakeholders on the status of key
deliverablesBasic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint,
Word, Excel)Preferred Qualifications:
- General knowledge of project management principles and
practices
- Previous work experience with F-35 tools and processesWe offer

$75,200 USD - $105,200 USD Employees may be eligible for a
discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are
designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow
