Ensure purchase orders align with aerospace contracts before
release ? Maintain 99% order accuracy in a regulated ERP
environment ? Protect documentation traceability and compliance ?
Identify and escalate delivery risks before they become failures ?
Support OTD performance that customers depend on ? Represent
Customer Service in structured customer reviews ? Operate
autonomously within defined authority limits This is execution at a
professional level. Requirements This is a precision-driven
commercial operations position inside an AS9100/AS9120-certified
aerospace distribution company.You will be trusted with:
Contract-controlled order execution ERP data integrity Portal
compliance Traceable documentation management Delivery risk
visibility Cross-functional coordination Supporting On-Time
Delivery for aerospace programs Your accuracy directly supports
production continuity for customers who build and maintain

ERP experience (SAP preferred) Aerospace hardware knowledge
strongly preferred AS9100/AS9120 familiarity a plus Strong Excel
skills required Ability to manage multiple priorities
simultaneously. Professional customer-facing demeanor. College
