Sub-Project Manager / Electronics Engineering Manager 2) within the
Electronics Assembly and Test Department (EAT) to join our team of
qualified, diverse individuals. The selected Individual is
responsible for cost and schedule performance for specific hardware
package within Electronics Assembly and Test (EA& T). Preferred
Candidate will have production experience. This position is located

point of contact for manufacturing through entire product life
cycle on that package.Participate in proposal, IDRs, fab, assembly,
test, through delivery to ITL.Demonstrated ability to Lead and
provide direction to a technical cross functional teamDemonstrate
leadership qualities and ability to motivate and engage cross
discipline teams to execute efficientlyServe as the Cost Account
Manager for typically over $15M total hardware packageAccountable
for cost and schedule variance explanations and EV
methodologyIndividual may be required to lead Tiger Teams and lead
various proposal efforts within organizationPlan and coordinate a
schedule with all of the required organizations including

position's standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule
allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday
to take every other Friday off.Basic Qualifications:Bachelors of
Science Degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math
(STEM) discipline plus 5 years of engineering experience OR Masters
of Science Degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Math
(STEM) discipline plus 3 years of engineering experience.Experience
leading people and/or projectsExperience and knowledge with
Electronic Production procedures and manufacturing processes.Must
have U.S. Citizenship with a current or active SCI level
clearance.Preferred Qualifications:Aerospace flight production or
design experienceExperience with EVMS methodologyThis position
reports to Manhattan Beach, CA, USA, however, this position can
also be worked from Redondo Beach, CA, CA, USA.Salary Range:
$147,800 USD $221,800 USDEmployees may be eligible for a
discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are
designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow
employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President
or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In
addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including
