The selected Individual is responsible for cost and schedule performance for specific hardware package within Electronics Assembly and Test (EA& T). Preferred Candidate will have production experience. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.Basic Qualifications:Bachelors of Science Degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math (STEM) discipline plus 5 years of engineering experience OR Masters of Science Degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) discipline plus 3 years of engineering experience.Experience leading people and/or projectsExperience and knowledge with Electronic Production procedures and manufacturing processes.Must have U.S. Citizenship with a current or active SCI level clearance.Preferred Qualifications:Aerospace flight production or design experienceExperience with EVMS methodologyThis position reports to Manhattan Beach, CA, USA, however, this position can also be worked from Redondo Beach, CA, CA, USA.Salary Range: $147,800 USD $221,800 USDEmployees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
