Northrop Grumman Space Systems sector is seeking aSenior Principal
Supply Chain Business Operations/ Compliance Specialist to join our
team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position is on the GSC
Compliance team and may be FT remote or preferrable located near
one the following locations: Redondo Beach, CA, Chandler, AZ, Roy,
UT., Dulles, VA., Huntsville, AL., Baltimore, MD., or Colorado
Springs/ Aurora CO. There will be 10% travel required between
multiple sites and locations.
- Supports team of Compliance professionals across NGSP Sector
supporting multiple divisions.
- Performs FFATA, Executive Compensation reporting for NGSP
- Responsible to support all Division non-CPSR audits that impact
or effect GSC, including but not limited to:
- Incurred Cost Submission Audits
- Post Award Audits
- Schedule J Reviews
- SOX Walkthroughs
- MAAR13 Audits
- GSC Internal Audit Activity
- Support of ancillary system audits (accounting, estimating,
MMAS, etc.)
- Performs SOX certification at sector level through Division
sub-certification
- Performs Embedded Derivative certification at sector level
through Division sub-certification
- Supports Independent Testing of Controls/Division spot
audits
- Supports training and guidance at Division or Business Unit
level
- Collaboration with other members of the NGSP Compliance Team
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with10 years' experience, Master's degree
with8 years' experience or a High School diploma/equivalent with14
years' of experience in Compliance, Price/Cost Analysis, Project
Management, Proposals, Accounting, Finance, Procurement or
Subcontracts
- Knowledge of the government regulations FAR and DFARS.
- Previous audit experience/working with DCMA and DCAA
- Significant understanding of US Government and non-US
Government / Commercial contracting
- Familiarity with Government Contractor Business System
audits
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance
as needed for the business.
- Must possess good oral and written communication skills
- Functions well in a team environment
- Ability to multitask within a dynamic environment is
critical.
- Working experience with Microsoft Office (Specifically Excel
and Word) Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem solving and organizational skills.
- Experience in company operating element command media
- Knowledge of cost accounting standards, generally accepted
accounting principles, and accounting/proposal auditing
techniques.
- In depth working knowledge of FAR/DFAR and general contract law
principles
- Knowledge of SAP

- Previous experience supporting cross functional teams Employees

however, you are able to work from any of the additional 7
locations listed above. Salary Range: $92,400 USD - $160,600 USD
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to
base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual
contributions as well as allow employees to share in company
results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be
eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman
